To craft a purple (legendary) skill book in Lineage2M, open the in-game Production menu, filter by your weapon class under the Skill Book category, and combine legendary inks with refined materials and Adena. Because legendary skills demand substantial resources, verify whether your target skill is craft-exclusive or cheaper to purchase directly from the market before locking materials into intermediate items.

Required Ingredients for Legendary Skill Books

Purple skill recipes consume high-grade resources that require sequential crafting from basic materials or drops from high-end content:

• Legendary Skill Inks and Parchments: The primary limiting reagent, sourced from high-tier raid bosses, combining lower-tier skill items, or special event bundles.
• Supreme Crafting Materials: Large batches of refined resources, such as Supreme Metal, Supreme Leather, or Supreme Cloth, upgraded sequentially from lower-tier components.
• Soul Crystals and Purified Reagents: Specialized stabilization items acquired from elite dungeons and rift bosses.
• Adena: A high liquid currency fee required to complete the assembly transaction.

Calculate the complete Adena and raw material costs for all intermediate refinements before beginning. Leaving components partially crafted locks valuable assets into non-refundable intermediate forms.

Step-by-Step Crafting Procedure

Once all required items and currency are in your inventory, craft the skill book using the following steps:

1. Open the main dashboard and select the Crafting (Production) tab.
2. Select the Skill Book section from the recipe categories.
3. Choose your active class archetype (such as Dagger, Staff, Dual Blade, or Spear) to filter the list.

Post-Crafting Skill Setup and Mana Management

Active purple skills have significantly higher Mana Point (MP) consumption and longer cooldown timers than blue (rare) or red (heroic) abilities. Setting an active purple skill to auto-cast without sufficient MP recovery will drain your mana pool and disrupt your standard hunting rotation.
