How to Snapshot Timers Correctly

Lords Mobile records your active stats at the exact millisecond you press the upgrade button. Changing your equipment after the timer starts will not change or cancel the recorded duration.

Follow this sequence before starting any major upgrade:

1. Open your player profile and equip your full speed preset (the Lunar Flute set for research or the Sentinel's Circlet set for construction).
2. Confirm your development talents and any active turf boost items (such as a 10% or 20% speed boost) are active.
3. If your guild controls kingdom or guild titles, request the Scientist title for research or the Architect title for construction before starting.
4. Press the upgrade button to lock in the reduced timer.
5. Request Guild Helps immediately so your guildmates reduce the modified timer further.
6. Swap your equipment back to your military, defense, or monster hunting gear.
