To clear Mission Area 6 in Neo Monsters without an endgame roster, borrow The Godfeather as your friend summon and fill the rest of your frontline and bench with expendable Stun Bomb monsters. This strategy locks the opposing frontline behind continuous Time Unit (TU) delays, allowing The Godfeather to systematically eliminate disabled enemies without taking return damage.

Frontline Layout and Roles

Place The Godfeather in one of your four starting slots and flank it with three low-cost self-sacrificing monsters.

Slot / RoleRecommended Skill SetPurpose
Primary SweeperThe Godfeather (Friend Summon)Deals high single-target and multi-target burst damage to clear immobilized enemies.
Lead TriggerFast Stun Bomb / Self-SacrificeDetonates on turn one to push fast enemy openers down the turn gauge.
Secondary DisrupterStun Bomb / Stun SkinProvides immediate follow-up turn delay if the opposing team has fast recovery.
Support or Bomb FillerStun Bomb / Give TurnGrants extra actions to The Godfeather or detonates to cycle the bench forward.

Detonation Timing and Bench Sequencing

Do not detonate multiple Stun Bombs consecutively if the entire opposing frontline is already pushed past 200 TU. Stacking stun beyond the active cap wastes your limited bench monsters.

Manage the battle loop using the following order:

  1. Assess the turn order: Identify the fastest enemy threat at the start of the match.
  2. Trigger the opening bomb: Detonate your first Stun Bomb monster to push back active enemy turn timers.
  3. Advance your bench: Allow the defeated Stun Bomb monster to immediately cycle in another Stun Bomb carrier from your reserves.
  4. Attack with The Godfeather: Use The Godfeather’s strongest offensive skill to knock out the highest-damage enemy threat while the board is immobilized.
  5. Hold remaining bombs: Pass or use low-TU utility moves on surviving support units until the fastest opposing monster recovers to roughly 50 TU.
  6. Reapply stun: Detonate the next Stun Bomb just before the opponent acts to reset their position to the back of the queue.

Handling Stun Counters and Passives

Certain defensive passives in Mission Area 6 directly disrupt stun cycling. Check the enemy composition before committing your explosive moves:

  • Stun Absorber: Blanket stun skills charge a Stun Absorber monster's turn meter instead of delaying it. Direct The Godfeather’s attacks to eliminate the Stun Absorber unit before triggering any Stun Bomb.
  • Stun Immune: When an enemy ignores stun, use The Godfeather to burst them down immediately while the remaining three opposing slots remain paralyzed.
  • Hold Ground: Avoid spending a high-TU finisher on a monster with Hold Ground if it leaves them at 1 HP with an immediate action. Finish them with chip damage, poison, or an ally's low-TU follow-up move.

Setup Limitations

This strategy consumes your own bench to maintain board control. If The Godfeather falls to a counterattack, stealth strike, or passive revenge damage, the run will fail because the remaining Stun Bomb units lack sustained damage. If you encounter nodes with multiple Stun Immune frontlines protected by Taunt or Camouflage, swap out one or two bench bombs for single-target control, Shield, or Purify utility to keep The Godfeather alive.
