• Manage the 24-Hour Window: Plots left vacant after 5:00 AM reset are subject to random auto-fill, often within 24 hours. Conduct your search sessions on the day the plot actively shows "For Sale."

Stocking up on resources and clearing inventory space helps optimize each travel attempt:

1. Obtain Nook Miles Tickets: Redeem Nook Miles at the Nook Stop terminal for tickets. Because random villager selection draws from a large pool of characters (such as Chief or Hamlet), stock multiple tickets per hunting session.
2. Clear Pocket Space: Deposit non-essential items in storage before departing so you can collect crafting resources while exploring each island.
3. Establish Target Options: Select a small list of desirable villagers rather than a single choice to reduce the total tickets required for a successful run.

Executing the Hunt
