If your guild is already full, focus next on raising its level toward Guild War. The available source does not specify a required level or explain how to earn guild experience, so check the in-game guild information for those details before planning further.
The source video description says the creator’s guild is full and that they want to level it up to play Guild War. It does not establish that a full roster is required for Guild War, identify a level threshold, or describe leveling tasks. Treat guild leveling as the stated goal, not as a confirmed unlock condition.
If you are recruiting, note that the creator reported the guild was already full at the time of the description. The description does not say whether openings are available now.

This saved me time in the early game.
I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
Can you add more details about strategy in a future update?
