The source title indicates that a Demon Slayer collaboration has been decided for Seven Knights Re:BIRTH. It does not provide an event date, banner details, available heroes, or summoning costs. Wait for those details before changing your spending plans.
The draft recommends saving Rubies and summon tickets, but the supplied information does not establish whether the collaboration is limited, when it will begin, or what resources it will require. It also does not confirm that the characters will be unusually powerful or necessary for any team.
For now, treat the collaboration as an announcement rather than a confirmed event schedule. Once you have reliable details about its timing and banners, you can decide whether to set aside resources based on your account and the actual costs.
