Missing a clue creates a logic gap that stalls narrative progression, while submitting wrong evidence can lock dialogue or force segment restarts.

Finding and Collecting Clues

When entering an investigation zone, explore the environment for glowing indicators or highlighted objects. Approaching these visual markers triggers an interaction prompt that adds essential evidence to your inventory.

If an interaction prompt fails to appear near an indicated clue, reposition your character to align properly with the object's hitbox. Collect every available item in the area before moving on to avoid missing data required for the next story phase.

Using the Evidence Log in Deductions
