Character Creation and Prologue Setup

During your early conversations with Atton Rand inside the Peragus Mining Facility, you will discuss the outcome of the Jedi Civil War. Confirm that Revan was a male Jedi who embraced the Light Side and saved the Republic. This locks in the canon state of the galaxy. Throughout Peragus, avoid venting toxic gas through mining tunnels or bypassing emergency beacons at the cost of droid or civilian survival, and treat both Atton and Kreia with constructive patience to build early Light Side alignment.

Telos IV Restoration Arc

On Citadel Station, reject the Czerka Corporation's industrial contracts and pledge your assistance to Chodo Habat and the Ithorians in Residential Module 082 West.

To complete the Ithorian restoration questline canonically:

Retrieve the Shield Scanner: Acquire the modified medical scanner from the docking officer through diplomatic persuasion or legal documentation rather than bribery or force.
Expose Czerka Espionage: Infiltrate Czerka's local mainframe without killing non-combatants, secure diplomatic credentials, and reveal Executive Jana Lorso's corrupt dealings to the authorities.
Settle with the Exchange: Confront Loppak Slusk in the Entertainment Module to stop extortion of the Ithorians. Resolve the encounter defensively while ensuring no hostages are killed.

Resolving these disputes awards substantial Light Side points, strengthens the Republic's foothold on Telos, and secures transport to the planet's surface restoration zone.

Sparing the Surviving Jedi Masters

The central requirement of a Light Side run is reuniting the surviving Jedi High Council without shedding their blood. You must resolve regional planetary conflicts in favor of local stability and never provoke or attack a Master, regardless of their criticisms of your past.

Mical the Disciple: Discuss the Mandalorian Wars and Republic history with him aboard the Ebon Hawk. High positive Influence allows you to train him as a Jedi Consular.
Atton Rand: Confront Atton on Nar Shaddaa regarding his history as a Sith assassin, offer him forgiveness, and train him as a Jedi Sentinel.
Bao-Dur: Accumulate positive Influence by performing altruistic deeds on Citadel Station and Dantooine, then guide him to unlock his potential as a Jedi Guardian.
Mira: Maintain principled, firm interactions aboard the ship, then take her to the central hub of Nar Shaddaa to teach her to sense the ambient life of the Force.

Dantooine Enclave and the Endgame

Return to the rebuilt Enclave on Dantooine once all three Masters have gathered. Submit peacefully to their judgment when they convene to sever your connection to the Force. Kreia will step in to incapacitate them and reveal her identity as Darth Traya.

Travel to Telos to board the Ravager. Defeat Darth Nihilus alongside Visas Marr and Mandalore, then proceed to Malachor V:

Guide Bao-Dur's Remote across the surface of Malachor V, accessing the downed ship consoles to prime the Mass Shadow Generator.
Enter the Trayus Academy and defeat Darth Sion, using dialogue options to shatter his resolve and sever his attachment to hatred.
Confront Darth Traya in the Trayus Core, defeat her in combat, and listen to her final predictions regarding the future.
Board the Ebon Hawk and escape the sector as the Mass Shadow Generator activates, completely destroying Malachor V.
