To pilot the Woosa, Ganymede, and Hathor team in Summoners War World Arena, use Woosa to protect your team with turn-one immunity and shields, reset the opponent's primary cleanser with Ganymede, and put the rest of the enemy team to sleep with Hathor. Because Hathor’s sleep breaks upon taking damage, you must isolate and eliminate enemies one at a time using single-target attacks while Ganymede continuously resets your team's cooldowns.

Speed Tuning and Turn Order

Tight speed tuning ensures your controllers move in sequence before the enemy can disrupt your setup. Woosa must move first to establish immunity and damage absorption, while your damage dealer moves last to avoid attacking targets before crowd control lands.

Woosa requires high base Speed on a Swift build to cast Wish of Peace and Tranquility before enemy crowd controllers act. If you bring an area-of-effect (AoE) buff stripper, tune them to move immediately after Woosa to strip enemy Will runes. Ganymede should take the next turn to deplete the Attack Bar and max out the cooldowns of high-priority threats with Seal Magic. Hathor then casts Deep Sadness to sleep all enemies for two turns and reduce their Attack Bars by 75%.

Turn-by-Turn Combat Sequence

Once combat begins, maintain the control loop by following a strict ability priority:

  1. Protect the Team: Open with Woosa's Wish of Peace and Tranquility to grant a three-turn immunity buff and an HP-scaled shield, protecting Ganymede and Hathor from stuns and skill resets.
  2. Neutralize Cleanse Threats: Target the enemy's primary cleanser or immunity buffer (such as Velajuel or Riley) with Ganymede’s Seal Magic to completely drain their Attack Bar and set their skills to maximum cooldown.
  3. Deploy Deep Sadness: Cast Hathor’s Deep Sadness immediately after enemy immunity is removed or reset.
  4. Choose the Ventilate Target: Use Ganymede’s Ventilate on Hathor if the opponent has passive Attack Bar boosters and you need a second sleep ready immediately. If your shields are broken and you face sustained damage, use Ventilate on Woosa to restore your defensive buffs.
  5. Focus Single Targets: Direct all single-target attacks onto one enemy at a time, starting with the primary damage threat. Woosa can contribute safe chip damage using his basic attack, which scales with his maximum HP, without waking sleeping side targets.

Selecting Flex Picks

The remaining two draft slots must supplement buff stripping and single-target damage without disturbing Hathor's sleep:

  • Single-Target Damage Dealers: Choose snipers such as Dominic or Masha. They can burst down an isolated target while leaving sleeping enemies untouched.
  • AoE Strippers: Draft Chiwu, Moore, or Clara when the enemy relies on Will runes or multiple immunity sources, ensuring Hathor can land Deep Sadness.
  • Cooldown Control: Units like Oliver or Sagar provide supplemental skill resets alongside Ganymede to shut down high-cooldown threats.

Managing Counters and Bans

Passive cleansers and turn-one buff strippers represent the primary threats to this composition during the pick-ban phase:

  • Passive Cleansers: Juno, Tetra, and Racuni bypass sleep and cooldown resets. Juno is especially dangerous because Hathor’s multi-debuff sleep triggers Juno's passive healing and Attack Bar gain. Ban Juno immediately, or draft Tesarion in your final flex slot to disable her passive with Oblivion.
  • Fast Cleaves and Strippers: Aggressive cleave teams using fast strippers like Moore can remove Woosa’s shield and immunity before Ganymede or Hathor can move. When facing high-speed contest comps, ban the opponent’s primary speed lead or pick a secondary disruption unit to safeguard your turn order.
