To clear Operation Ricochet Chapter 2-10 in Tiles Survive!!, you must eliminate all infected targets using a strict three-shot sequence. Direct fire against shielded targets will rapidly deplete your fixed ammunition reserve. Clear the stage by banking your first shot into an explosive barrel to wipe the main cluster, using an angled bank to reach a shielded runner, and finishing the isolated straggler with a direct shot.
Three-Shot Clear Sequence
The stage layout contains reflective metal plating, bullet-absorbing concrete, reinforced cover, and explosive red barrels. Each shot must either detonate a hazard or bypass barricades using mirrored angles of incidence.
| Shot | Surface / Target | Intended Result |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Upper boundary reflective plate | Bounces down into the red barrel to wipe the grouped cluster and clear debris. |
| 2 | Mid-right vertical reflective surface | Double-banks at roughly 45 degrees behind the lower-left bunker to kill the runner. |
| 3 | Direct line of sight to lower right | Cleans up the single remaining straggler on the perimeter. |
Shot 1: Detonate the Upper Cluster
A concrete barrier prevents a direct shot at the cluster in the upper-right quadrant.
- Aim at the polished metallic plating along the upper boundary wall.
- Adjust your trajectory line until the predicted bounce angles sharply downward through the center of the red explosive barrel.
- Release the shot. Hitting the barrel detonates it, eliminating the surrounding infected group and removing debris that obstructs follow-up ricochet angles.
Shot 2: Bank Behind the Lower-Left Bunker
An armored runner stands behind a reinforced bunker in the lower-left area. The left wall absorbs bullets on contact, making a direct leftward ricochet ineffective.
- Turn toward the mid-right vertical reflective surface.
- Angle your aiming line so the bullet deflects across the room, striking the secondary reflective wedge at roughly a 45-degree angle.
- Release the shot to send the bullet behind the bunker barrier, striking the runner before the round loses velocity.
Shot 3: Eliminate the Final Straggler
Once the cluster and the shielded target are eliminated, only one low-health target remains along the far right perimeter.
- Trace the newly opened path through the cleared center area directly toward the target.
- Fire directly at the target's center mass to clear the room and unlock Chapter 3.
Bounce Mechanics and Surface Rules
Calculating your shots requires accounting for surface materials and angle limitations:
- Reflective Plating vs. Concrete: Highlighted metal panels and glossy surfaces reflect projectiles at mirrored angles. Gray concrete surfaces absorb bullets and immediately waste ammunition.
- Trajectory Guide Truncation: The in-game aiming line projects the direct shot and its primary bounce, but tertiary deflections are often cut short. Visualize the secondary reflection angle before releasing your aim.
- Avoid Corner Vertices: Do not aim directly into 90-degree internal corner seams. Hitting an apex often results in erratic bounces that drain projectile momentum in place.
- Direct Barrel Hits: Aim for the center of the red barrel canister rather than its outer rim. Glancing shots can deflect off the barrel hitbox without triggering a critical explosion.
When to Reset
Touch controls can shift slightly when you lift your finger. Ensure your trajectory guide stays locked onto the desired bounce point before releasing.
If Shot 1 fails to detonate the explosive barrel or leaves multiple targets alive in the upper sector, tap the retry button in the upper corner immediately. Continuing with missed targets will exhaust your remaining ammunition before all enemies are eliminated. Restarting incurs no penalty and restores your full ammo pool.
