Vampir Combat Guide: Survival and Character Swapping Tactics

To survive high-density combat encounters in Vampir, rotate between your roster of available characters to cycle skill cooldowns while using kiting tactics to force enemies into open spaces or narrow choke points.

Target Priority and Crowd Control

Enemy waves contain mixed unit types that pose different threats. Focus your initial attacks on ranged units and targets with crowd-control abilities before engaging slower melee targets.

• Ranged and Disable Units: Defeat these enemies first. Units that disable movement prevent dodging and leave your character vulnerable to follow-up strikes.
• Melee Waves: Use continuous movement to kite melee units around open areas. Group them together into choke points to deal damage safely using area attacks or basic strikes.

Character Swapping Tactics

Character swapping resets combat pressure by cycling active skills and managing your team's total health pool.

1. Damage Rotations: Switch to a high-damage unit to clear dense enemy clusters, then immediately rotate to a defensive unit to absorb incoming strikes.
2. Cooldown Management: When a unit's primary ability is on cooldown, swap to another character to maintain continuous offensive pressure.
