If you want people to play Vampir with, check the dedicated Discord mentioned in the source. Its creator is looking for players and plans to start on a server that seems peaceful.
What the source supports
The source description mentions a Discord for Vampir called “castra” and says the creator is recruiting people to play together. It also describes a plan to begin growing on a server that seems peaceful. That is a stated intention, not confirmation that a particular server is peaceful or that the Discord currently has openings.
Your next step
Look for the Vampir Discord identified as “castra” in the source, then ask whether players are still coordinating a start on a peaceful-looking server. Confirm the server and plans with the group before committing to a new character or changing servers.
