In Vampir, the Kindred system serves as an auxiliary progression layer that provides permanent passive attribute bonuses to your character. To maximize your combat power, collect Kindred entities through the summoning interface, synthesize duplicate copies to raise their tier, and populate your limited active loadout slots with your highest-tier units.

How to Acquire and Synthesize Kindred Units

Kindred units are acquired through the in-game summoning menu. Because individual pulls yield varying rarities, your primary focus should be consolidating duplicate pulls to evolve your roster rather than relying solely on rare drops.

  1. Summon Units: Accumulate currency to perform multi-summons through the summoning interface to maintain consistent progression toward unit milestones.
  2. Synthesize Duplicates: Open the synthesis interface and combine duplicate copies of the same Kindred unit. Synthesis evolves the unit into higher tiers, significantly increasing its passive numerical attributes.
  3. Prioritize Fully Synthesized Units: A max-synthesized lower-tier Kindred unit generally provides higher overall stats than a base-level high-rarity unit due to cumulative stat scaling.

Stat Prioritization and Loadout Management

Because active Kindred slots are restricted, you must select passive modifiers that directly support your class combat role.

Class RolePrimary Kindred StatsStrategic Focus
Front-Line / TankHP, Damage ReductionImproves survivability during boss fights and large-scale PvP encounters.
Burst Damage / DPSPenetration, Critical Strike Chance, Attack PowerMaximizes raw offensive output and damage thresholds.

Periodically review your active loadout slots. Replace under-leveled or lower-tier entities whenever a higher-tier unit or fully synthesized duplicate becomes available.

Kindred Codex Bonuses and Upgrade Materials

Progression in the Kindred system extends beyond your active loadout slots:

  • Kindred Codex Sets: Access the collection menu or Kindred Codex to check set collection criteria. Completing specific groups of Kindred units unlocks permanent collective group stat bonuses that apply even when those units are not actively equipped.
  • Auxiliary Upgrade Materials: Evolving certain Kindred units requires specific upgrade components or secondary currencies. If your synthesis hits a wall, participate in guild activities or clear targeted dungeons to obtain the required materials.
