The source identifies Thursday as a day for clan content in Vampir and advertises recruitment for 黒猫のしっぽ団 on the Monty 2 server. If you play there, contact the clan to ask about joining and when its Thursday activities take place.
The source does not give an event time, entry requirements, rewards, or a recruitment contact method. Confirm those details with the clan before planning around its activities.
