Equipping Abyssal Weapons in Vampire's Fall 2 RPG allows you to clear standard Abyssal Dungeon floors using auto battle. These weapons provide high baseline damage, critical strike multipliers, and dungeon passives that eliminate normal mob packs in opening rounds before enemies can apply bleed, poison, or stun effects.

Auto battle is safe for routine mob rooms, but you must pair your weapon with passive sustain and disable automation before boss rooms or dangerous elite encounters.

Stat Priorities for Dungeon Auto Battling

Automated combat executes basic attack sequences rather than optimal defensive timing. Because the combat system will not reliably queue defensive buffs, your gear must supply passive recovery and survivability across consecutive encounters.

Block & DodgeShield Block and Dodge PassivesNegates incoming hits without manual defensive turns
Focus SustainTurn-based Focus RegenerationSupplies enough resource points for heavy standard strikes

Life leech is the most essential stat for extended runs. Even well-armored characters suffer chip damage over dozens of dungeon rooms. Equipping gear or bloodline passives that heal on hit ensures you start every room at full health.

Skill Configuration for Automated Runs

Before entering a dungeon portal, simplify your active ability bar:

  1. Remove situational debuffs: The automated system spends available Focus regardless of skill suitability. Remove expensive utility spells so the AI does not waste turns.
  2. Prioritize primary strikes: Limit the bar to cost-effective primary attacks and essential self-sustain skills.
  3. Engage auto battle on entry: Toggle auto battle as each floor loads to rapidly clear standard trash rooms.
  4. Monitor your floor progress: Track your room counter and health bar instead of combat animations so you know when high-threat thresholds are approaching.

When to Switch to Manual Control

Auto battle cannot navigate mechanics that require turn planning or resource pooling. Immediately disengage auto battle when encountering any of the following situations:

  • Boss Chambers: Dungeon bosses use barrier shields, phased attacks, and heavy burst abilities that demand manual defensive timing.
  • Parry and Dodge Elites: Automated attacks swing continuously into parry windows, triggering lethal counterattacks against your character.
  • Combo Turn Setup: The AI rarely saves Focus ahead of Combo Turns. Take manual control to bank resources and execute burst rotations against high-health targets.
  • Health Below 50%: If critical hits reduce your health buffer, switch to manual play to use bite skills, shields, or healing items before re-engaging auto battle on the next trash floor.
