When you are unexpectedly removed from an alliance in Whiteout Survival, your base loses territory protection and becomes vulnerable to hostile attacks. Your immediate next action is to activate a Peace Shield or use a Teleport to relocate your city away from hostile players before incoming rallies land.
Relocate and Shield Immediately
Without alliance territory, your city is exposed on the world map. If you remain near your former alliance members or hostile clusters, enemies can raid your base repeatedly for resources.
- Activate a Peace Shield: If you have a Peace Shield in your inventory or available for purchase, pop it immediately. This blocks incoming attacks and gives you time to plan your next step.
- Use a Targeted Teleport: Move your base to a remote area of the map or toward a neutral zone where you intend to join a new alliance.
- Use a Random Teleport: If targeted teleport items are unavailable and you cannot shield, a random teleport instantly breaks proximity with nearby attackers.
| Protection Method | Primary Benefit | Best Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Peace Shield | Completely prevents enemy attacks and rallies | Remaining in place while sorting assets |
| Targeted Teleport | Moves city to specific chosen coordinates | Moving near prospective new alliance members |
| Random Teleport | Instantly relocates base to unpredictable coordinates | Fast emergency escape when unshielded |
Secure Unprotected Resources
Attackers raid unshielded, evicted bases primarily to loot unprotected resources (RSS). Uncollected resources sitting in city buildings and amounts exceeding your Warehouse limit can be stolen.
- Keep Resources in Your Bag: Do not claim resource tokens from your Bag inventory until you actively need them for upgrades. Items inside the Bag cannot be looted during raids.
- Check Warehouse Safe Capacity: Any resource quantity above your Warehouse protection threshold is subject to theft.
- Spend Excess Inventory: If you carry un-safeguarded resources above your Warehouse capacity, spend them immediately on building upgrades, research, or boost items to minimize loot for attackers.
Protect Troops from Hospital Overflow
Troops wounded in defensive battles enter your Hospital. If your Hospital reaches full capacity, additional wounded troops die permanently.
To preserve your high-tier armies when defense is unfeasible:
- Dispatch Troops to Distant Tiles: Send your primary march forces to gather resources on distant tiles far away from high-density battle areas.
- Set Fake Rallies: Initiate a long-distance rally against a distant, low-priority target to keep troops out of your garrison while enemy marches arrive.
- Check Garrison Lineups: Ensure your strongest defensive heroes are assigned to your city garrison so casual scouts encounter resistance if they attempt solo raids.
Re-Establish Alliance Protection
Remaining without an alliance leaves your city perpetually exposed. Once your immediate defenses are secure, secure a position in a new alliance to regain territory bonuses and reinforcement options.
- Contact Alliance Leadership: Reach out to diplomats or leaders of neutral or friendly alliances to request an invitation.
- Monitor Activity Requirements: Sudden evictions frequently stem from missed rally contributions or extended inactivity. Review target alliance rules to ensure you can meet participation standards.
- Rebuild Resource Stocks: If your base suffered damage prior to shielding, prioritize gathering missions and production upgrades for your most depleted assets before resuming high-tier troop training.

The explanation is clear, especially for beginners.
This saved me time in the early game.
