To transfer your Furnace to another kingdom in Whiteout Survival, you must acquire the required number of Transfer Passes for your power level, select an eligible kingdom within your assigned transfer group, and clear all account locks before the migration phase opens. Moving kingdoms resets your local rankings and permanently deletes any unshielded resources above your Warehouse protection limit.

Migration Phases and Eligibility Rules

State Transfer does not permit unrestricted global jumping. The game groups kingdoms into transfer batches based on server age, hero generation availability, and Castle battle progression. You cannot transfer into a newer kingdom that has not yet unlocked your current hero generation or content tier.

The event proceeds through three sequential phases:

  1. State Preview Phase: Kingdom groupings become visible. You can inspect candidate kingdoms, review their power ceilings, and verify local rules.
  2. Invitation Phase: Target kingdom leadership—specifically the Supreme President—can issue direct invitations to reserve entry slots for high-power players before general migration begins.
  3. Free Transfer Phase: All eligible players who fall below the destination's standard power cap can spend their Transfer Passes to migrate on a first-come, first-served basis until the kingdom reaches its maximum incoming capacity.

Transfer Pass Costs by Power Bracket

Transfer Passes are the mandatory currency for relocating. The number of passes required scales directly with your total account power and troop count.

Account Power BracketEstimated Pass RequirementPrimary Acquisition Method
Under 40M Power1–3 PassesAlliance Shop (150,000 Loyalty Points each)
40M–80M Power4–10 PassesAlliance Shop and Event Bundles
80M–130M Power11–25 PassesWeekly Packs and Alliance Shop
130M+ Power25–45+ PassesTargeted Pass Purchase Bundles

Because individual passes cost 150,000 Alliance Loyalty points in the Alliance Shop, saving enough currency as a free-to-play player requires weeks of advance planning. Purchase a pass whenever your loyalty points allow rather than waiting for an active transfer announcement.

Ordinary Transfers vs. Special Invitations

Destination kingdoms have a hard cap on incoming transfers, divided into two distinct entry methods:

  • Ordinary Transfers: Used by standard accounts below the kingdom's designated power ceiling. When the Free Transfer Phase opens, these open slots fill immediately. Once the ordinary cap is reached, no additional players can enter without a direct invitation.
  • Special Invitations: Reserved for accounts that exceed the destination kingdom's standard power threshold. The Supreme President receives a strictly limited allotment (typically three per transfer cycle). High-tier rally leads and heavy spenders cannot transfer through the ordinary queue and must negotiate directly with destination leadership before the event starts.

Pre-Transfer Preparation Checklist

Before initiating a transfer, you must manually resolve all city and alliance locks:

  • Burn or spend unshielded resources: Any meat, wood, coal, or iron stored outside your inventory bags that exceeds your Warehouse protection capacity is permanently deleted upon transfer. Keep resource tokens unopened in your backpack until you arrive in the new kingdom.
  • Empty the Infirmary: Heal all wounded troops and collect any active troop training queues.
  • Recall all deployments: Ensure no troops are gathering on resource tiles, stationed in garrisons, or marching.
  • Leave your alliance: You cannot initiate a transfer while holding alliance membership. Withdraw any active market bids and finish ongoing alliance events.
  • Check event participation: Your account cannot transfer while enrolled in an active Foundry Battle or Castle Battle/SvS phase.

Hero gear, Chief charms, and pet levels carry over completely intact. However, all kingdom-specific arena ranks and Castle titles reset immediately upon departure.

Scouting a Target Kingdom

Verify the political stability of your destination before committing your passes. Create a level 1 alternate account on the target kingdom during the Preview Phase to assess its environment:

  • Check the state chat for activity and overall tone.
  • Confirm whether the kingdom maintains clear Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) rules and rotating Castle presidencies among its top alliances.
  • Check the event schedule to verify that alliance activities, such as Bear Trap and Crazy Joe, align with your active playing hours.
  • Review recent SvS results to ensure the kingdom cooperates during cross-state warfare rather than suffering from internal conflict.
