The supplied video title and description identify Lily as a reportedly leaked character associated with the New Federation in Wuthering Waves. They do not provide her abilities, release timing, or confirmation beyond the leak claim.
For now, treat Lily’s identity and faction as claims from the video, not verified release information. Wait for confirmed character details before deciding whether to save Astrite or plan a team around her.
