To clear Stage 19-36 in AFK Arena, funnel your resources into a single overleveled carry at Level 181 to 200 while keeping the rest of your team at Level 160 on the Resonating Crystal. This mid-game stage requires surviving heavy initial burst damage so your carry can reach 1,000 energy, cast their ultimate ability, and sustain through incoming damage.

Spreading experience evenly across five heroes stalls progression at this stage. Elevating your main carry—typically Shemira at Mythic or Ascended tier—to at least Level 181 unlocks critical skill upgrades that dramatically increase damage scaling and self-healing.

Build your formation using a frontline tank to absorb early hits alongside backline supports that accelerate energy and apply fast crowd control:

Equipment and Artifact Setup

Gear distribution and artifact placement directly dictate whether your heroes survive long enough to activate their skill rotations.

Gear Allocation

  • Primary Carry: Equip your best Mythic gear. Prioritize enhancing boots and weapons to 4 or 5 stars to maximize combat haste, attack rating, and critical strike chance.
  • Support Stat Tuning: Certain enemies target the ally with the lowest defensive ratings. Remove or swap helmets and chest armor among your backline supports so fragile heroes like Arden do not have the lowest defense. Steer enemy attacks toward heroes with survival mechanics, such as Brutus or heroes shielded by artifacts.
  • Support Boots: Equip any available Mythic boots on Rowan or Lyca to ensure their opening skills activate before opposing skill rotations begin.

Dura's Artifact Distribution

  • Dura's Blade: Place on your primary carry. The progressive attack and hit rating buffs scale over the fight, giving your carry the offensive power needed to finish high-health targets.
  • Dura's Call: Equip on Rowan or Arden. The passive energy gain helps Rowan dispense potions faster or lets Arden cast his roots before getting interrupted.
  • Dura's Grace: Equip on Lucius or your primary frontliner to provide a protective barrier against opening physical burst.
  • Dura's Eye: Assign to a secondary damage dealer who benefits from increased critical strike rating.

Battle Execution and Restart Triggers

Positioning determines how incoming damage converts into energy. If your carry has sufficient armor, place them in Slot 2 so normal attacks fill their energy bar rapidly. If the opening burst kills your carry immediately, move them to Slot 4 behind a dedicated tank. Position Rowan in the center backline (Slot 4) so his potion cart reaches both the top and bottom positions.

Monitor the first few seconds of combat to evaluate whether the attempt will succeed:

  1. 0:00 to 0:05 (The Opening Clash): Lyca provides immediate haste. Arden must successfully cast his three-target root without being interrupted by diving enemies. If your frontline collapses or Arden is stunned before casting, restart immediately.
  2. 0:06 to 0:12 (The First Ultimate): Rowan's energy potions push your carry to 1,000 energy. Your carry must fire their ultimate to deal wide-area damage and stabilize their health bar via lifesteal.
  3. 0:13 and Beyond (The Cleanup): Secondary crowd control from heroes like Tasi or Fawkes isolates surviving enemies, allowing your carry to cast a second ultimate and finish the stage.

Because Arden's root targeting, enemy critical hits, and dodge checks rely on random chance, clearing Stage 19-36 often requires multiple retries until your crowd-control sequence lands cleanly.
