To maximize resource efficiency in the Aniimo Beta, invest upgrade materials into creatures that lead a specific primary stat rather than balanced, all-around units. Allocate finite leveling items to one role specialist at a time, bringing your primary damage dealer to its level cap before distributing resources to support units.
The Six Maximums Strategy
High-level combat in the Beta relies on building around creatures that possess the statistical ceiling in one of six key attributes. Because upgrade materials are finite, spreading items across versatile or hybrid units prevents your team from reaching the stat thresholds needed for high-tier boss fights.
When reviewing your roster, target creatures that hold the top position in one of these six categories:
- Attack: Highest raw physical and special damage output potential.
- Defense: Maximum damage mitigation for absorbing heavy boss hits.
- Agility: Turn priority and speed scaling in battle rotations.
- Health: Maximum base hit point pool.
- Focus: Resource efficiency and secondary tactical stat caps.
- Resilience: Status resistance and prolonged survival scaling.
Building a rotation with single-stat leaders gives your team predictable strength in specialized roles.
Identifying the Attack Stat Leader
When selecting your primary damage dealer, evaluate raw numbers over creature design. In the current Beta build, the creature with the highest Attack stat in the game does not feature a traditional aggressive or warrior-like appearance.
Do not pass over non-traditional designs when assigning DPS slots. Check your units' base stats and growth curves directly; committing your upgrade materials to the true Attack leader yields significantly faster combat clears regardless of visual aesthetics.
Recommended Resource Priority
To avoid running out of ascension and leveling materials, follow a strict progression sequence for your active squad:
- Primary DPS: Max out the single creature holding the highest Attack ceiling first to lower combat encounter length.
- Frontline Tank: Upgrade your top Defense specialist next to ensure your team survives heavy boss phases.
- Utility and Support: Upgrade Focus, Agility, Resilience, or Health specialists only after your main attacker and tank reach their initial evolution caps.
Focusing materials on one core unit per role ensures your main combatants remain at the maximum level cap for your current progression stage.
Managing Beta Meta Shifts
Because current stat leaders are based on Beta data, balance adjustments during development updates may alter which units hold top stat positions. Re-check base stats after major game updates before committing high-tier materials to a creature's final evolution tiers.
