Timing Dodges and Repositioning

Hostile creatures feature visible wind-up animations before executing high-damage moves. Dodging during the lunge grants temporary invulnerability and allows for immediate counter-attacks.

Dodge Direction: Trigger evasive moves forward or diagonally toward the attacker. Repositioning close to the enemy keeps your creature within melee range and avoids losing movement time. Dodging backward resets movement range and gives the target time to initiate follow-up attack sequences.
Counter Windows: Strike immediately following a successful dodge when the target enters its recovery frame.

Creature Swapping and Elemental Breaks
