Creatures in Aniimo have active detection radii that expand when you sprint or run. To close the distance on high-value targets without triggering a flee or attack response, follow these stealth steps:

1. Crouch Early: Drop into a crouch as soon as you spot a target on the horizon to minimize your detection footprint.
2. Use Environmental Cover: Keep physical obstacles such as boulders, bushes, and hill crests directly between your character and the creature.
3. Observe Patrol Routes: Watch the creature's movement before moving in. Most species follow set paths; position yourself ahead of their movement vector rather than chasing them from behind.
4. Reset Line of Sight if Spotted: If an icon or behavior shift indicates the creature has detected you, back away immediately until you break line of sight. Wait until the target returns to neutral behavior, then approach again from a new angle.
