To redeem active promotional codes in ARES: THE IRON VANGUARD, access the in-game settings menu, enter your code into the coupon field, and retrieve the items directly from your character's mailbox.
How to Redeem Codes
Follow these steps to submit a promo code while logged into the game world:
- Open the main menu from the primary HUD interface.
- Select the Settings gear icon to open the configuration menu.
- Select the Account or Coupon tab from the settings category list.
- Type or paste your promotional code into the designated text entry field.
- Confirm your entry to submit the code, then exit to the main interface.
- Open your in-game mailbox to claim your credited currency, upgrade materials, or gift items.
Troubleshooting Failed Redemptions
If the game returns an error message when you submit a code, check the following details:
- Letter Casing: Codes are case-sensitive. Verify that uppercase and lowercase letters match the original code string exactly.
- Extra Spaces: Ensure there are no accidental trailing or leading spaces, which frequently occur when copying text from external sites.
- One-Time Limits: Promotional codes can only be redeemed once per account. Subsequent attempts on the same account will fail.
- Expiration and Global Caps: Codes published during special events or updates may have fixed expiration dates or maximum usage caps set by the developer. Once these limits are reached, the code becomes invalid.
- Mail Expiration: Claim rewards immediately upon receiving confirmation. Mail items often carry an internal timer, after which uncollected items are removed.
Strategic Timing for Account Growth
Using redemption rewards as early as possible provides the highest progression value. Early-game advancement usually presents resource bottlenecks when leveling your initial Combat Suits or boosting equipment stats. Applying free promotional materials early helps bypass repetitive farming stages, allowing you to hit power thresholds faster and progress into higher-tier missions.
