To clear Level 432 in Block Out, immediately remove the colored blocks that have unobstructed access to matching exterior doors, then use the freed perimeter space to route trapped interior blocks without clogging central intersections.
Phase 1: Clear Direct Perimeter Blockers
Level 432 restricts movement by placing mismatched blocks in front of perimeter exit doors. Because each block can exit only through a door sharing its exact color, internal pathways remain locked until perimeter thresholds are opened.
- Scan the outer perimeter: Identify every single block that has an open, direct sliding lane into its matching door.
- Eject unobstructed pieces: Slide these pieces out first. Removing them creates empty buffer tiles along the edges of the grid.
- Shift one-step blockers: Locate blocks that sit one tile away from their matching door where only a single piece blocks the path. Slide that blocking piece into an adjacent open side slot, then eject the target block through its door.
- Hold interior pieces in place: Avoid sliding interior clusters until perimeter exits are open. Moving deep blocks early congests transit junctions needed to maneuver around outer doors.
Phase 2: Route Interior Colors and Maintain Buffers
Once immediate perimeter doors are clear, work backward to release trapped interior colors. Blocks slide along directional lanes until hitting a wall or another piece. Shifting an interior piece into a lane without an exit strategy creates an unresolvable deadlock.
- Target dependency chains: Work from the outside inward. If an interior green block is trapped behind a blue block, check the blue door. If a red block is obstructing the blue door, shift or clear the red block first, slide the blue block out through its door, and then route the green block into the cleared lane.
- Keep one central junction open: Always preserve at least one multi-directional intersection near the center of the board. If every central tile is filled, blocks cannot rotate around one another.
- Avoid dead-end storage: Only park a piece in a side lane if it retains a clear exit angle or an adjacent empty cell that allows you to reverse the slide later.
| Puzzle Phase | Primary Goal | Critical Failure Point |
|---|---|---|
| Opening | Eject blocks directly aligned with matching doors | Moving interior pieces into perimeter paths |
| Mid-Game | Untangle interior chains through open lanes | Filling central junction tiles with mismatched colors |
| Late Game | Guide remaining single pieces to their doors | Blocking crossing lanes before long-distance pieces pass |
Phase 3: Final Clear Sequence
With the interior bottlenecks cleared, only a few isolated blocks will remain on the board.
- Identify long-distance blocks: Locate the remaining pieces that must travel the farthest distance across the board to reach their matching doors.
- Clear transit intersections: Ensure pieces sitting near doors do not cut off the travel lanes of distant pieces.
- Slide long-distance pieces through: Move the farthest blocks through the central corridors and out of their doors first.
- Exit the remaining local pieces: Slide the final nearby blocks directly into their adjacent doors to complete Level 432.

This guide answered the exact question I had.
I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
This saved me time in the early game.
Good guide for Block Out players. The strategy part was useful.
