The announced change is a rebuilt Home Village screen in an upcoming Clash of Clans update. The available announcement does not specify how the layout or individual menus will change, so keep using the current interface until the update arrives and its details are available.
What the announcement confirms
The source says the Home Village screen is getting a fresh look and is being rebuilt. It does not confirm new button locations, changes to troop or clan menus, customization options, or improvements to navigation speed. Those details in the draft are not supported by the supplied announcement.
Because no update date or specific layout details are provided, there is no confirmed new interface to learn from this information alone. Wait for the update before changing your routine or relying on claims about where particular features will move.
