To run a successful 2v2 Lava Hound beatdown push in Clash Royale, deploy the Lava Hound behind your King Tower, stack fragile air support troops behind it as it advances, and assign clear defensive spell roles with your teammate so you do not waste resources.

Building an Air Beatdown Push

The Lava Hound acts as a high-health flying shield that absorbs tower and unit damage while your support troops deal heavy damage behind it. Because it moves slowly, deploying it at the back of the arena gives your team time to regenerate elixir before the Hound crosses the bridge.

Support Unit Stacking: Place units such as Flying Machine, Mega Minion, or Inferno Dragon directly behind the Lava Hound rather than alongside it. Stacking keeps support troops protected from single-target damage and area-of-effect spells aimed at the tank.
