Use Evolved PEKKA to defend first, then counterpush only if it survives and you have enough elixir to support it or protect your other tower. If you cannot afford both, stop at the defense instead of forcing a push.
Turn a defense into a counterpush
- Wait for the opponent to commit troops or a win condition.
- Defend with Evolved PEKKA and check whether it survives.
- Add support only if you can still respond to a threat elsewhere.
- If the PEKKA does not survive, or supporting it would leave your other tower exposed, do not force the counterpush.
A surviving PEKKA gives you a possible follow-up threat; it does not guarantee tower damage. The draft does not establish particular support cards, elixir thresholds, or matchups, so choose whether to continue based on the elixir you have available and the defense you may still need.
When to hold back
The draft warns that committing PEKKA without enough elixir to support it or defend another tower can leave you open to a counterattack. Treat the card as a defensive stop when a counterpush would require spending beyond what you can safely afford.
