To beat Level 63 in CubeAway, remove the outermost corner blocks pointing away from the structure before attempting to clear the interior core. Level 63 packs its cubes tightly into flanking wings around a central spine. Tapping inner blocks prematurely causes them to collide with neighboring faces, wasting attempts. Rotating the puzzle in full 360-degree sweeps reveals which terminal blocks have completely clear flight corridors.

Level 63 Clearing Order

Level 63 cannot be solved from the inside out. You must peel the formation in sequential layers to expose the arrows trapped beneath the exterior shell.

PhaseTarget AreaPrimary ObjectiveFailure Point to Avoid
Phase 1: Perimeter StrippingOutermost wing tips and cornersRemove cubes with unobstructed outward arrows.Tapping flat center pieces that face adjoining edges.
Phase 2: Wing DeconstructionFlanking lateral branchesClear side rows that box in the central column.Missing inward-pointing arrows directed at the spine.
Phase 3: Core UnlockingInterlocked interior blocksRelease interior cubes once their flight paths open.Tapping cubes whose escape routes remain half-covered.
Phase 4: Spine CleanupFinal center columnTap remaining unblocked cubes in direct sequence.Tapping too quickly while previous cubes animate out.

1. Strip the Perimeter Pins

Begin by inspecting the outermost tips of the flanking wings. The true starting moves are corner pieces whose arrows point perpendicular to adjacent walls into empty space. Tapping these blocks removes the physical barriers holding the second layer in place. Do not tap blocks located in the middle of a flat face during this phase, as their trajectories are blocked by outer margin cubes.

2. Deconstruct the Wings

Once the terminal tips are gone, work through the flanking side branches. Clear these sections symmetrically: clearing a branch on one side often reveals an open escape vector on the opposite side. Watch for blocks that point inward toward the spine rather than outward, as these must wait until the central corridor is partially cleared.

3. Unlock the Core

With the wings removed, the interior directional arrows become visible. Tap cubes that now have an unobstructed exit path through the gaps left by the wings. If two adjacent cubes point across each other's paths, locate the one furthest down the exit trajectory and tap it first.

4. Clear the Central Spine

Once the dense clusters are gone, the remaining spine cubes can be removed sequentially along their indicated arrow directions.

Preventing False Clears and Deadlocks

Isometric perspective can make a blocked cube appear clear. Use two checks whenever progress stalls:

  • Rotate on both axes: Rotate the puzzle horizontally to verify that flight lines do not clip neighboring edges. Tilt the camera vertically to confirm that higher or lower tiers do not overhang the exit corridor. If open space is not visible down the entire trajectory line, do not tap the cube.
  • Trace paths in reverse: If no legal moves are visible, pick an interior block you want to clear and look directly down its arrow. Identify the exact cube blocking its exit, then check which piece is blocking that cube. Tracing this obstruction chain outward leads directly to the free block that must be tapped next.
  • Wait for exit animations: Blocks retain their collision volume for a brief moment while flying off the screen. Tapping an interior block while an outer block is still animating away can trigger a collision. Pause briefly between taps to ensure the exit corridor is completely empty.
