To clear campaign stages efficiently in Dynasty Legends：Warriors Unite, herd scattered mob spawns before attacking, weave normal attacks between active skills to sustain combos, and save your Musou ultimate to bypass elite boss attacks.

Eliminate Archers and Herd Enemy Waves

Charging directly into newly spawned infantry splits the group outward, forcing you to chase down stragglers while taking damage from ranged units. Prioritize positioning before committing your main attacks:

1. Take out ranged units first: Sprint past melee foot soldiers immediately upon entering a sector. Defeat archers and siege units positioned behind barricades or on elevated perimeters so off-screen projectiles do not interrupt your combo strings.
2. Circle the perimeter: Run in a wide arc around the remaining melee grunts. This funneling movement compresses enemies into a tight cluster behind your officer.
3. Trap enemies against boundaries: Push the clustered pack toward walls, gates, or narrow bottlenecks before unleashing your attack strings. Wall collisions prevent enemies from executing recovery rolls.

Weave Normal Attacks Between Active Skills

Activating all of your active skills in immediate succession leaves your officer without offensive options during cooldowns. Stagger your abilities to maintain continuous hitstun and generate energy:

• Initiate with displacement: Open combat with a gap-closing skill that launches or staggers the pack.
• Weave basic attack strings: Land three to four normal strikes while the targets are airborne to maintain juggle status.

Dodging Attack Telegraphs

Bosses telegraph heavy cleaves, leap slams, and spin attacks with red floor indicators and charge-up stances. Do not finish your basic attack string when a telegraph appears. Instead, dodge roll diagonally forward through the boss's striking shoulder. This motion carries your warrior through the active swing and places you behind the boss, allowing you to attack their back during their recovery animation.

Depleting the Armor Meter

Humanoid and giant bosses possess an armor meter directly beneath their health bar. While this meter is active, bosses ignore flinch animations and cannot be juggled or knocked down. Direct heavy-hitting abilities and high-hit combos into the boss's flank to deplete this meter. When the bar breaks, the boss enters a stunned vulnerability state where juggle states, crowd-control effects, and damage multipliers take full effect.

Reserve Musou Skills for Critical Windows

Musou abilities provide screen-clearing damage and grant full invulnerability frames throughout their animations. Do not expend your Musou meter on standard infantry packs. Save the meter for two specific stage encounters:

• Boss Enrage Phases: When a stage boss initiates large-scale area attacks, activate your Musou skill to negate all incoming damage through its invulnerability frames while dealing continuous damage.
• Lieutenant Reinforcement Waves: When secondary officers spawn alongside the boss, line up your officer so both the primary boss and reinforcements sit within the forward attack cone before firing your ultimate.
