Managing Passive Regeneration

Stamina replenishes automatically over time until your pool reaches its maximum capacity. Once your stamina bar is full, passive recovery halts completely, wasting free energy.

To prevent wasted energy:

• Log in periodically: Spend stamina on monster marches before the bar fills to keep the timer regenerating.
• Run maintenance marches: If you lack time for a full play session, clear a few routine monsters to lower your total below the cap.

Earning Daily Stamina Items
