The supplied video description says a tragedy revealed in “Blood of Vonwacq” involved 1,152 Galaxy Rangers and actions by Apoli and Dr. Primitive. It does not provide more detail about the event or explain why a character is described as always being “empty.”
The source title frames the incident as a question about the Rangers’ losses and that “empty” state. The available description supports the casualty figure and the named connection, but not the draft’s claims about the IPC’s role, the Rangers’ resources, or the broader effects on the faction.
