To clear World 1 and unlock World 2 in IdleOn - Idle RPG, you must defeat the forest boss Amarok. Reaching and beating this boss requires buying daily shop inventory, capping your monster hit accuracy at 100%, upgrading account-wide production and stamps, and equipping high-defense armor.

Buy Daily Blunder Hills Shop Stock

The main town vendor in Blunder Hills resets inventory every 24 hours. Stock does not carry over between days, so missing a reset permanently delays your account's capacity and gear progression.

Prioritize vendor items in this order:

ItemPurchase PriorityAccount Benefit
Inventory Bags & Storage ChestsCriticalExpands inventory slots to prevent lost loot during long AFK sessions.
Weapon & Armor Upgrade Stone IHighAdds flat attack and defense stats to basic crafted equipment.
Talent Reset Potions & FragmentsMediumStockpiles respec resources needed when switching between combat and skilling.
StatuesSituationalSupplies small account-wide bonuses when turned in to the town statue NPC.

Upgrade Anvil Production Points

Never leave your Smithing anvil idle. Under the Production tab, keep your active queue producing Thread continuously. Thread crafts quickly, provides rapid Smithing experience, and serves as a core material for early gear recipes. Craft Trusty Nails and Boring Bricks as you level up to prepare for higher-tier equipment.

To accelerate output, open the upgrade menu inside the Production tab:

  • Spend Monster Drops: Turn in spare materials such as Green Spore caps and Frog legs. This permanently increases your production speed and material capacity without spending coins.
  • Spend Spare Coins: Buy extra production points with coins once you satisfy your daily vendor budget.

Hit 100% Accuracy and Prevent AFK Deaths

The offline calculation engine penalizes missed attacks and stops completely if your character dies. Open the AFK Info interface on every new map to verify your combat stats before leaving your character.

Meet Monster Accuracy Caps

If your hit chance is below 100%, you lose a significant portion of offline kills and experience. Allocate talent points into your class's secondary accuracy stat rather than pure damage talents until you reach the cap:

  • Warriors need Wisdom (WIS) to gain accuracy.
  • Archers need Strength (STR) to gain accuracy.
  • Mages need Agility (AGI) to gain accuracy.

Prevent AFK Mortality

When a monster's attack exceeds your armor defense, you take damage on every hit. Equip a large stack of food, such as Hot Dogs or Small Life Potions, into your character's Food slot. The game consumes food automatically while you are offline, keeping your character alive in zones where your defense does not fully negate monster damage.

Build Account-Wide Stamps and Card Sets

Account-wide systems boost every character on your account, reducing the time required to level secondary workers.

  • Mr. Pigibank Stamps: Complete the introductory quests in Blunder Hills to unlock stamps. Prioritize leveling the Sword Stamp (base damage), Shield Stamp (flat defense), and Vitality Stamp (maximum health) using spare copper ore, oak logs, and monster drops.
  • Card Set Bonuses: Equip monster cards as they drop. Open the Cards menu, switch to the Card Sets tab in the bottom right, and equip a complete set bonus—such as Blunder Hills or Easy Resources—for global drop rate, damage, or skilling multipliers.

Defeat Amarok to Unlock World 2

Amarok guards the exit to World 2 at the end of the forest path. Attempting the fight without proper defense will result in rapid failure.

Craft a hybrid set using Copper armor along with the Amarok Chestplate and Amarok Boots. Apply Armor Upgrade Stone I scrolls to every armor slot. High defense reduces Amarok's standard attacks to negligible chip damage.

Boss Fight Tactics

  1. Destroy Totems First: Amarok summons utility totems on the side platforms throughout the encounter. Red totems rapidly heal the boss, while shield totems grant full damage immunity. Leave the boss immediately and destroy any active totem.
  2. Stand Behind the Rear Foot: Position your character directly behind Amarok's back foot to avoid forward melee swings and falling rocks.
  3. Dodge Telegraphed Attacks: When Amarok raises an arm to trigger a ground slam or boulder drop, retreat to the edge of the arena or jump onto an upper platform until the animation finishes. Once defeated, collect the drops and proceed through the portal to World 2.
