To maximize your returns in the Kingshot Forsaken Temple event, roll standard dice for open board movement and reserve loaded dice strictly for guaranteed landings on high-value squares. When spending your earned currency in the Adventure Shop, buy scarce progression bottlenecks such as hero widgets and mythic gear materials rather than common resources.
How Dice Mechanics Work
The Forsaken Temple event features a circular board with regular resource tiles, milestone checkpoints, chests, multipliers, and an Adventure Shop portal. Advancing across the board requires two types of movement items:
- Standard Dice: Roll a random number between one and six. Use these to traverse empty stretches of the board and accumulate general lap progress.
- Loaded Dice (Lucky Dice): Allow you to manually choose the exact number of steps (one through six). Use these only when a high-value tile is within range.
| Dice Type | Primary Role | When to Use | Action to Avoid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Dice | General board traversal | Far from high-value targets | Rolling inside a cluster of premium tiles |
| Loaded Dice | Precision landings | 1–6 tiles away from chests, multipliers, or the shop | Burning them simply to advance lap counts |
Tile Targeting Strategy
Not all board squares offer equal value. Prioritize your loaded dice when you land within striking distance of the following targets:
- Adventure Shop Portal: Landing directly on the shop checkpoint gives you immediate access to spend accumulated adventure coins. Using a loaded die prevents overshooting the tile and having to complete another full lap to reach it.
- Gold Treasure Chests: These contain premium rewards, including hero equipment fragments, summoning tokens, and high-tier adventure currency bundles.
- Multiplier Squares: These tiles amplify event token earnings or boost rewards from subsequent squares. Using a loaded die ensures you trigger the multiplier on a high-value payout rather than an empty tile.
If you are more than six spaces away from any priority square, continue rolling standard dice. Switch to a loaded die the moment a roll leaves you within one to six spaces of an elite tile.
Adventure Shop Purchase Priorities
Adventure Shop coins are earned from board laps and tile completions. Because this currency is limited, spend it exclusively on items that cannot be easily farmed through everyday kingdom management.
Recommended Redemption Order
- Top Priority (Permanent Upgrades): Hero widgets, mythic gear blueprints, and exclusive refinement stones. These items gate combat power and represent permanent account progression.
- Secondary Priority (Operational Speed): General speedups, research speedups, and high-tier stamina items to support kingdom training and battle requirements.
- Low Priority: Basic construction speedups and standard troop recruitment vouchers.
- Do Not Buy: Raw wood, food, stone, iron, or basic gathering boosts. These resources can be gathered routinely from the world map and daily alliance tasks.
