To maximize gold and experience gains in Knight Survivor, claim all available main lobby rewards before starting a run, then spend your first five minutes leveling your primary weapon rather than spreading points across multiple low-level skills.

Lobby Reward Menus

Before entering a stage, collect persistent currencies and gear chests in the main lobby to upgrade base stats:

• Daily Rewards: Log in every day to collect baseline currency payouts that fund permanent hero upgrades over time.
• Achievement Milestones: Open the achievement menu after completing stages to collect unlocked gold caches and high-tier equipment chests.
• Ad-Supported Bonuses: Activate optional post-session reward prompts to double your end-of-run gold and experience earnings.

Early Run Skill Priorities and Kiting

Wave-clearing speed determines your experience gain per minute. Focus your initial upgrades and movement strategy on clearing groups cleanly without taking damage:

1. Focus on Primary Weapon Levels: Spend your early skill points leveling up your starting weapon. High single-weapon damage and attack speed prevent opening waves from crowding you.
2. Select Area-of-Effect Offense: Choose skills offering high knockback or persistent damage zones. These keep enemies at a distance and create a safe perimeter for picking up experience drops.
3. Take Speed Utility as a Backup: If high-tier offensive rolls do not appear, pick up movement speed upgrades to improve your ability to dodge mobs and herd targets.

Balancing Offense and Survival

While focusing on pure damage accelerates wave clearing, failing to eliminate enemies quickly can leave your hero vulnerable.

If elite enemies or standard mobs survive your initial strikes and close the distance, pivot your build by taking at least one crowd-control or defensive skill, such as damage reduction or health regeneration. Additionally, avoid rushing directly into swarms for loot; let experience orbs sit on the ground, kite the wave away from that cluster, and loop back to pick up the drops safely.
