Core Survival Metrics

The heads-up display permanently pins your critical survival bars to the upper-left corner of the screen.

• Oxygen Level: Depletes based on activity and environmental depth. If oxygen reaches zero, your health drains rapidly.
• Vitality (Health): Decreases when taking direct damage or suffering secondary effects from oxygen loss.

Check these meters frequently when transitioning between biomes or performing energy-heavy labor. Because depletion does not always trigger an audible alarm, visual checking is your primary protection against unexpected deaths.
