To beat Match Factory! levels 1129 through 1133, match complete sets of visible objective triplets immediately rather than storing loose target items in your holding tray. Keep at least three tray slots open at all times to prevent sudden lockouts, and clear wide blocker pieces from the pile's outer edges to slide buried objective items into view before activating boosters.

Managing the Holding Tray

The seven-slot bottom tray is your primary failure point outside of the level timer. In levels 1129–1133, mixed item geometries and dense layering tempt players to grab partially exposed goal items prematurely. Stashing single or duplicate targets without a confirmed third piece quickly fills the tray and eliminates your margin for error.

  • Apply the Three-Slot Buffer Rule: Never let your holding tray exceed four filled slots during standard clearing. Treat slots five and six as emergency buffers for excavating immediate matches.
  • Confirm the Third Piece First: Do not tap a target item unless you can see all three instances on the board or need to clear a blocker directly above the final matching piece.
  • Prioritize Tray Clears Over Board Goals: If your tray reaches five occupied slots, stop tapping objective pieces. Focus entirely on finding third pieces for the loose items already taking up tray space.

Excavating Buried Goal Items

Levels 1129 through 1133 feature dense central heaps where upper pieces pin down objective items. Removing items strictly from the top of the stack often causes surrounding items to settle inward, burying target pieces under additional weight.

To reveal hidden objectives without cluttering your tray:

  1. Clear outer edge items first: Removing non-target pieces along the perimeter creates room for the central pile to shift outward.
  2. Target structural bridges: Look for long or bulky items propped horizontally across multiple pieces. Removing a single bridge causes upper pieces to roll aside and exposes multiple targets at once.
  3. Wait for physics movement to stop: Items continue sliding briefly after a clear. Allow the pile to settle completely before tapping to prevent misclicking an unwanted item into your tray.

When to Use Boosters

Save your boosters for board states where normal moves cannot prevent a loss. If the tray fills to six slots and no matching piece is accessible on the pile surface, deploy a Vacuum or Spring tool immediately to remove the blockage rather than risking a failed run. When fewer than 20 seconds remain and final target items are difficult to distinguish among the remaining debris, activate Freeze Time to search the board without clock pressure.
