To solve Level 23 in Parking Loop, clear the unobstructed outer perimeter cars first, locate and release the central keystone vehicle, and then dispatch the remaining interior cars into open traffic gaps. Rushing vehicles from the inner bay while the outer circuit is congested causes immediate collisions at the main junction.
Step 1: Empty the Outer Perimeter Track
Before interacting with any trapped inner vehicles, clear the outer ring to create open circuit space and establish steady traffic intervals.
- Tap the lead perimeter car: Locate the outermost vehicle facing directly down the primary straightaway exit. Tap it to start traffic flow along the outer track.
- Follow with adjacent perimeter cars: Launch the secondary outer car trailing directly behind the first. Because these vehicles follow parallel paths and do not cross perpendicular intersections, they can merge back-to-back safely.
- Leave the interior untouched: Do not tap any car pointed toward the center during this stage. Releasing interior units early will cause a side collision at the tight southern curve.
| Zone | Vehicle Setup | Collision Risk | Action Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outer Ring | Unblocked cars facing the perimeter track | Corner re-entry clipping | Dispatch first to open driving lanes |
| Interior Bay | Perpendicular parked cars blocked by bumpers | Direct T-bone collision at junctions | Hold until perimeter is clear |
| Exit Merge | Single-lane funnel toward the off-ramp | Rear-end hit from trailing traffic | Space taps to preserve lane gaps |
Step 2: Unblock the Interior Keystone Car
Once the outer stalls are empty, the remaining challenge is an interlocking grid of parked vehicles.
- Identify the keystone vehicle: Find the single interior car that points toward the cleared outer circuit and is blocked only by active track traffic, not by another parked vehicle's bumper.
- Time the release: Wait for a passing car's rear bumper to clear the intersection line, then tap the keystone vehicle to enter the gap.
- Release the direct follower: The car parked directly behind the keystone vehicle now has an open path. Tap it as soon as the keystone vehicle finishes turning onto the loop.
- Clear flanking vehicles: Cars parked sideways can now pull forward into the vacated center space before turning onto the main track.
- Send deep-stall units last: The final vehicles boxed in at the back can now exit straight through the cleared middle lane.
Step 3: Manage Merges and Final Flow
The final stage fails most often from impatient tapping while the circuit is crowded. Prevent late-stage wipeouts by following these timing rules:
- Launch behind tails, never ahead of noses: Never tap a parked car if an oncoming vehicle is entering the junction box. Always wait until the circling vehicle's rear bumper clears the merge point.
- Avoid simultaneous dispatches: Do not tap two cars from opposing stalls at the same time, or they will collide head-on at the lane merger.
- Account for vehicle size: Longer vehicles take more time to exit their stalls. Allow twice as much track space for longer vehicles compared to compact cars.
- Let the circuit clear automatically: Once all parked vehicles are in motion on the loop, keep your hands off the screen. The cars will travel along the track and exit through the collection terminal on their own.

I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
This helped me understand strategy much better.
Nice guide. I am checking the other Parking Loop articles next.
Can you add more details about strategy in a future update?
