The central combat system is built around three-on-three Pokémon battles. In the Trainer Lodge, you can interact with favorite Trainers to deepen your bond and unlock special photos and stories, giving the social side of the game a direct connection to its narrative content. The photo feature adds another collection and customization layer, letting you select the Trainers, background, frame, and effects for a staged picture, with up to three Trainers included in one image. On PC, a larger display makes these systems easier to follow in practice: you have more room to read battle information while tracking all three members of your team, compare the Pokémon and Trainers available for a lineup, and review the visual details when arranging a Trainer Lodge interaction or photo. Keyboard-and-mouse input can also make repeated menu navigation, team selection, and photo customization more precise than tapping through small controls. The result is a version suited to players who want to manage a growing collection of Sync Pairs, plan three-on-three encounters, hatch and add new Pokémon, and spend time with the Trainers between battles.
