When RAID: Shadow Legends events overlap, compare each event’s reward with the resources it would take from your account. Set a limit before you begin, and skip the event or stop once continuing would use resources you want to keep for another goal.

Decide whether an event fits your plans

Before spending Shards, Gems, or Energy, check what the event asks you to use and what reward you would receive. Then consider whether that reward would help your roster or progression enough to justify the cost.

Use these questions to make the decision:

  • What is the main reward, and does it fill a need for your account?
  • Which resources would you spend, and how much can you spare?
  • Would participating put another account goal at risk?
  • Is the time needed to earn the reward worthwhile to you?

If the cost is unclear, or you cannot afford it without sacrificing a more important goal, do not commit resources yet.

Set a limit and stick to it

Choose a maximum amount of Shards, Gems, or Energy you are willing to spend before starting. If you reach that limit without earning the reward you want, stop rather than spending more just because you have already invested resources.

You can also skip an event entirely. The event’s presence alone is not a reason to spend; participate only when its rewards and costs fit your plans.
