Before pulling shards in RAID: Shadow Legends, count how many you have of each type and set a limit for the session. That gives you a clear stopping point and helps you avoid spending more in pursuit of a specific Champion.

Set up before you pull

  1. Count your Ancient, Void, and Sacred Shards separately.
  2. Decide how many you are willing to use in this session. Keep any shards you do not want to spend out of that count.
  3. Treat the result as uncertain. Pulling more shards does not guarantee that you will get a particular Champion.

Review Champions after the pulls

Sort new Champions by the role they could fill in Clan Boss, Arena, or Dungeons. Consider duplicates for Faction Guardians or as food for ranking up other Champions, but check their possible use before sacrificing them.

If a pull does not give you the Champion you wanted, stop at the limit you set. Review your roster before deciding whether to develop a new Champion or save the remaining shards for another time.
