Redeeming promo codes in RAID: Shadow Legends is the fastest way to gain an edge without spending resources. These codes typically provide bundles containing energy refills, silver, XP boosts, and occasionally champion shards or starter packs. Because these codes often have expiration dates or specific account-age requirements, you should prioritize entering them as soon as you find them to ensure your rewards are successfully credited to your inbox.
How to Access the Promo Code Menu
To claim your free rewards, you must navigate to the specific settings menu within the client. Follow these steps to ensure your codes are processed correctly:
- Open the Sidebar: Log into the game and tap the three-bar menu icon on the left side of the screen.
- Locate Promo Codes: Select the "Promo Codes" button from the list of options.
- Enter Your Code: Type or paste your code into the text field. Note that codes are case-sensitive, so ensure there are no extra spaces.
- Confirm: Tap the "Confirm" button to instantly receive your items.
Troubleshooting Common Redemption Issues
If a code fails to work, it is usually due to one of three common reasons. Understanding these will save you time when testing new codes:
| Issue | Likely Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| "Invalid Code" | Typo or expired status | Check for typos or search for a newer code. |
| "Already Used" | Account limitation | Promo codes are generally one-time use per account. |
| "Requirement Not Met" | New player only | Some codes are exclusive to accounts created within the last 24–72 hours. |
Maximizing Your Resource Gains
Beyond promo codes, you can maximize your early and mid-game progress by pairing these freebies with daily tasks. Use your claimed energy refills during active events or tournaments to double the value of your free resources. Always check the official game social media channels and trusted community trackers to stay updated on new releases, as developers frequently rotate these codes to support both new players and returning veterans.
