How to Stack Promo Codes and Download Links in RAID: Shadow Legends

To claim both a creator download link bonus and a returning champion promo code like the Tholin offer in RAID: Shadow Legends, install the game through the promotional link on a new Plarium ID before entering the code via the Bastion menu or Plarium web portal. New-player champion codes typically expire 24 to 72 hours after account creation and allow only one welcome code per account, though the exact code string for the Tholin promotion is not included in the source material.

How Download Links and Promo Codes Stack

Creator download links apply their bonuses during installation and account creation, meaning they do not consume your in-game promo code slot. A new player can use a partner campaign link—such as the Mavara offer advertising one Legendary and three Epic champions across progression milestones—and still redeem a separate promo code afterward.

Account Setup and Redemption Sequence

Follow this order to prevent your new profile from losing eligibility for either promotion:

1. Install via the Partner Link: Open the creator promotional link in an incognito or clean browser session. Download the Plarium Play launcher on PC or install the mobile app through the redirected store page.
2. Register a New Account: Launch the game and create a fresh Plarium ID. Linking an existing account with prior gameplay history invalidates new-player rewards.
3. Complete the Tutorial: Play through the opening stages, choose your starting Rare champion, and finish the guided Bastion walkthrough to unlock the main interface menus.
4. Open the Redemption Menu: On PC or Android, open the collapsible navigation menu on the left side of the Bastion screen and select Promo Codes. On iOS, visit the official redemption portal at plarium.com/en/redeem and enter your Plarium ID from your in-game profile settings.
5. Submit the Promo Code and Claim Mail: Enter the active promo code without trailing spaces. Once confirmed, open your in-game mailbox to claim the rewards before the 30-day mail timer expires.

Troubleshooting Redemption Errors

If the system rejects your code, check the exact prompt before trying again. Repeatedly submitting invalid entries triggers a temporary redemption lockout lasting from one hour to 24 hours.

• Only for New Players: The code is restricted to starter accounts, and your profile has either passed the 24-to-72-hour registration window or already claimed another welcome code. Existing players cannot use these codes, and restarting requires registering a new account on a device not linked to an older profile.
• Invalid Code: The string contains a typo, includes extra spaces from pasting, or the promotion has expired. Verify the exact characters and wait out any active cooldown timer before making another attempt.

Early Resource Priorities After Claiming

Unlocking multiple promotional Epic and Legendary champions early creates a shortage of Silver, energy, and Skill Tomes. Spreading these scarce materials across an entire starting roster slows down progression, especially since higher-rarity champions require heavy Ascension potion farming and rare Skill Tomes to reduce skill cooldowns.

Focus your initial resources on building a single campaign farmer capable of clearing Stage 12-3 on Brutal difficulty. Equip your primary damage dealer in basic Lifesteal and Speed gear sets earned from early campaign stages, and use your duplicate Rare champions and Chickens to rank that core farmer up to 6 stars first. Hold off on heavily investing in your promotional Epics and Legendaries until your campaign farmer can reliably level up food champions for your Clan Boss and Dungeon teams.
