The supplied draft proposes four stat targets for Ozilda the Wicked: 4,000–5,000 Defense, 100% Critical Rate, more than 200% Critical Damage, and roughly 180–200 Speed. Treat these as unverified suggestions, not confirmed benchmarks; the available source description identifies a build guide but does not confirm its recommendations.
If you want to use the draft as a starting point, compare your current build against those figures. The draft does not provide a tested build, explain the conditions behind the targets, or establish which stat to prioritize if you cannot reach all four.
