RAID: Shadow Legends Food Farming and Champion Rank-Ups

To farm food in RAID: Shadow Legends, take one strong Champion into Campaign with up to three low-rank Champions to level. When they reach the level cap for their rank, use Champions of the same star rank as food to rank up your target Champion.

The draft identifies Brutal Campaign stage 12-3 as a food-farming option: it gives experience and drops shields that can be sold for Silver. Use a farmer who can clear the stage while the food Champions share the experience.

• Bring three food Champions when your farmer can reliably clear the stage with them.
• If the run fails, use a lower Campaign stage your farmer can complete.
• Sell dropped gear you do not need if you want Silver for rank-ups.

The draft does not establish that this stage is best for every account or farmer. Choose a stage you can clear consistently rather than relying on a specific clear-time target.

Rank up Champions with same-rank food

Level food to its rank’s level cap, then use food of the same star rank to promote your target. For example, a 4-star Champion needs four 4-star Champions as food to reach 5 stars.

The draft gives these lower-rank level caps and rank-ups:

• Level 1-star food to its cap, then use it to make a 2-star Champion.
• Level 2-star food to level 20, then use it to make a 3-star Champion.
• Level 3-star food to level 30, then use it to make a 4-star Champion.

Keep Champions you want to use or develop out of the food pool. Once your food reaches the required rank and level, use it for the promotion you are working toward.
