The actual game is entirely centered on solving grid-based match-3 puzzles and using the rewards to renovate King Robert's castle estate. To progress through the game, focus on clearing level objectives, crafting special power-up pieces, and spending earned stars on castle restoration tasks.

Real Mechanics vs. Promotional Ads

Promotional video advertisements frequently display King Robert trapped in rooms filled with fire, water, or mechanical hazards that require pulling pins in a specific sequence. These interactive scenarios do not exist in the main gameplay loop.

Instead, Royal Match strictly uses standard match-3 puzzle boards. Your primary objective in every level is to complete board targets—such as collecting specific tile colors or clearing obstacles like glass, wooden crates, and chains—within a limited move count. Completing a level awards stars, which serve as the progression currency for rebuilding castle areas.

Creating Special Boosters

Clearing difficult puzzle boards requires creating and combining special power-up pieces. Matching specific tile configurations on the grid generates four distinct boosters:

• Propellers: Match four pieces of the same color in a two-by-two square.
• Rockets: Match four pieces of the same color in a single row or column.
• TNT: Match five pieces of the same color in an L or T shape.

All account progression comes from the castle renovation loop. The stars earned from completing match-3 levels pay for individual restoration tasks, including repairing walls, decorating gardens, and furnishing castle rooms.

• Spend stars immediately: Stars have no secondary conversion rate or accumulation bonus. Use them as soon as you clear a level to advance your task list.
• Unlock new areas: Finishing all restoration tasks in a zone unlocks the next area of the royal grounds, providing milestone progression rewards.
• Save pre-level boosters: Reserve stored pre-level boosters for stages labeled as Hard or Super Hard to maintain your level completion streak.
