To speed clear max levels in Royal Match, enter stages with active pre-game streak perks, immediately detonate or combine adjacent power-ups on turn one, and continue swiping matches while explosion and cascade animations are still resolving.

Leveraging Pre-Game Booster Spawns

Endgame stages feature dense starting obstacles that severely restrict standard three-tile matches. Generating power-ups organically can take several turns, making an immediate fast clear impossible without pre-existing board support.

Entering a level with an active Butler's Gift streak or equipped pre-level boosters places a Light Ball, a TNT barrel, and a Rocket directly onto the starting board. Your first action should focus entirely on these pre-spawned items:

  1. Check for adjacent boosters: If two power-ups spawn side by side, swipe them together immediately to clear major sections of the board.
  2. Blast opening barriers: If pre-spawned items are separated, detonate an individual TNT or Rocket that directly impacts central barriers.
  3. Open the board center: Clearing central tiles creates space, allowing new tiles to cascade and form secondary power-ups automatically.

Power-Up Combo Hierarchy for Fast Clears

Combining two power-ups provides wide-area board clearance far faster than triggering individual boosters. Merging items triggers a single animation that removes multiple obstacle layers simultaneously.

Booster CombinationPrimary Board EffectSpeed-Clear Priority
Light Ball + Light BallClears one full layer from every obstacle on the screenHighest; instantly opens the entire grid
Light Ball + TNTConverts matching colored tiles into TNT and detonates themHigh; clears massive clusters across the board
Light Ball + RocketConverts matching colored tiles into row- and column-clearing RocketsHigh; pierces multiple lines across the grid
TNT + RocketClears a three-tile-wide cross-shaped pathModerate; punches through dense center blockades

Prioritize the double Light Ball combination whenever available. It removes an entire layer across the whole board, allowing fresh tiles to drop from the top within seconds of starting the stage.

Swiping During Cascade Animations

Royal Match does not lock player input while tiles drop or power-up animations run. You can continue making matches in undisturbed sectors of the board while explosions resolve elsewhere.

To maintain speed:

  • Look away from detonations: After triggering a booster on one side of the screen, immediately scan the opposite side or bottom rows for your next move.
  • Match near the bottom: Clearing tiles near the bottom while upper cascades settle triggers additional gravitational drops, often generating passive Rockets and Propellers.
  • Never wait for move counters: Swiping as soon as an eligible pair appears eliminates idle animation time.

Handling Multi-Layer Obstacles and Awkward Layouts

Multi-hit obstacles such as chains and reinforced boxes require repeated impacts. Chipping away at them with single color matches consumes too many turns and slows your clear time. Route explosive damage through the center columns using TNT and Rockets to open a central vacuum, pulling surrounding obstacles into automatic cascade matches.

If the opening layout separates your pre-game boosters across opposite corners, rapid tapping can waste moves on low-value clears. When no direct booster combinations exist at the start:

  • Pause for three to five seconds to spot a bridging match that brings two power-ups together.
  • Detonate a non-aligned booster only if its blast drops another pre-existing power-up into combo position.
  • Prioritize preserving your streak over reckless speed if the board requires careful move management to avoid level failure.
