To permanently unlock and craft seemingly vaulted or retired weapons in Soul Knight, you must register eight pickups of that weapon in your Cellar record. Once your profile logs eight pickups across any standard, Badass, or challenge runs, that weapon becomes permanently available to craft at the Forge Table in the Living Room workshop.

You do not need third-party mods, memory editors, or exploits to acquire these items. Legitimate game mechanics—including Living Room interactables, Garden harvesting, specific weapon merges, and non-standard dungeon shops—allow you to encounter and register them safely.

The Eight-Pickup Crafting Rule

The Cellar functions as the game's lifetime equipment ledger. Weapons considered "out of print" or missing from regular floor chests remain coded in the game and will unlock for crafting once the acquisition threshold is met.

Whenever an elusive weapon appears, you must equip it into your primary hand or cycle it through your secondary weapon slot before continuing or ending the run. Simply leaving the weapon on a pedestal, floor tile, or chest will not increment your Cellar counter.

Living Room Farming Routine

The Living Room offers several zero-risk methods to generate rare items without entering a dungeon run. You can complete this sequence daily before starting an expedition:

  1. Harvest Garden Plots: Plants such as the Green Onion, Carrot, and Bamboo yield weapon items upon harvest rather than temporary player buffs. Picking these up immediately increments your lifetime count.
  2. Fish at the Fish Tank: Interact repeatedly with the Fish Tank until it dispenses fish-type items like the Salted Fish.
  3. Roll the Gashapon Machine: Spend spare Gems on the Gashapon Machine to roll for blueprints, materials, and direct weapon drops.
  4. Equip Discovered Items: Swap each spawned weapon into your inventory slots to ensure the game registers the pickup.
  5. Enter the 1-1 Portal: Step through the dungeon entrance portal to commit your Living Room loadout state to profile data.

Acquisition Paths for Specific Vaulted Weapons

Five elusive items are frequently mistaken for unobtainable or retired weapons. Each can be obtained through specific baseline systems:

  • Salted Fish: Interact with the Living Room Fish Tank until it drops. Equip it, carry it into a run, or store it to build up toward the eight-pickup benchmark.
  • Green Onion: Plant Green Onion seeds in the Garden, apply Fertilizer, and harvest the fully grown plant directly into your hand.
  • Fantastic Gun: Obtain the rare Fantastic Gun Blueprint from Gashapon Machine rolls or dungeon Wishing Wells. Develop the weapon at the Design Table first; subsequent crafts and floor pickups count toward the eight required for the Forge Table.
  • Heavenly Sword: Forge or locate its prerequisite components—such as the Broken Hilt and Broken Blade—and merge them during an active dungeon run. Picking up the resulting weapon registers the fusion in your Cellar.
  • Scratch Card and Paper Slip: Look for these utility relics in the Gashapon pool, shops, or Wishing Well tables. Pick them up immediately when rolled to increment your tracker.

Dungeon Farming: Shops and Interactive Objects

When basic room-clearing chests do not yield the items you need, prioritize alternative dungeon interactions:

  • Vending Machines: Spend gold at weapon vending machines in transition rooms. Their inventory pools include items excluded from standard wooden and iron chests.
  • Wishing Wells: Drop coins into Wishing Wells on stages 1 through 3 to roll for non-standard equipment and rare crafting blueprints.
  • Mysterious Trader: Check trader rooms on side paths. The Mysterious Trader sells rare armaments in exchange for gold or reductions to your maximum health.
  • Daily Challenge Modifiers: Accept Officer tasks with modifiers that alter drop pools or increase weapon choices at stage transitions.

Preserving Resources with Native Cloud Saves

Third-party save editors and modified APK files can trigger internal profile checks, leading to account bans or disabled cloud features. To test living room rolls without wasting resources, use Soul Knight's built-in cloud save feature:

  1. Upload your current profile to the official cloud save system via the settings menu.
  2. Spend your planned daily Gems on the Gashapon Machine or Living Room interactables.
  3. If you do not obtain a target weapon or blueprint, download and restore your cloud save to recover your Gems.
  4. If you successfully roll a target item, take it through the 1-1 portal to update your local save, then upload the new progress to the cloud.
