Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes: Best Darth Revan Counters

To beat Darth Revan squads in Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes, you must neutralize Bastila Shan (Fallen) before she spreads Corrupted Battle Meditation, absorb early burst damage, and exploit the defense penalties from enemy Ferocity stacks. The most reliable non-Galactic Legend counter teams are Padmé Amidala, General Skywalker with the 501st, Commander Luke Skywalker Rebels, or an optimized Darth Revan mirror team.

Core Threat Mechanics

Darth Revan's leadership accelerates his squad through Ferocity stacks. While Ferocity dramatically boosts Offense and Potency, each stack lowers Tenacity and Defense by 15%, turning the Sith Empire into fragile glass cannons over prolonged turns.

Two support characters create the primary obstacles:

• Bastila Shan (Fallen): Inflicts Corrupted Battle Meditation, which locks your team out of landing debuffs, gaining bonus Turn Meter, or scoring critical hits.
• Darth Malak: Automatically taunts when a Sith Empire ally suffers a critical hit, drains health to sustain himself, and resists percentage-based health damage.

Countering this lineup requires surviving the opening onslaught, controlling Bastila, and bypassing Malak's taunt and sustain mechanics.

Padmé Amidala (Galactic Republic)

Padmé Amidala's Galactic Republic squad directly punishes Sith Empire debuffs and out-of-turn attacks. Her unique ability generates Protection Up whenever an ally is critically hit or attacked out of turn. Characters holding Protection Up are immune to critical hits and debuffs.

Battle Strategy and Kill Order

1. Allow General Kenobi to absorb the opening attacks from Darth Revan and Bastila Shan (Fallen).
2. When Jedi Knight Anakin triggers his bonus turn after an ally falls below 50% health, use his AoE attack to apply Healing Immunity and soften the enemy frontline.
3. Use Padmé and Ahsoka Tano to target and eliminate Bastila Shan (Fallen) first, removing Corrupted Battle Meditation.
4. Clean up HK-47 and Darth Revan.
5. Save Darth Malak for last. Accumulate 5 to 10 stacks of Courage on Padmé or Ahsoka before attacking him to bypass his high defense with true damage.

General Skywalker and the 501st

General Skywalker (GAS) paired with Rex, Echo, ARC Trooper, and Fives acts as a hard counter to Darth Revan lineups. While General Skywalker remains standing, 501st allies cannot lose health, neutralizing Darth Revan's Deathmark and Fear threats.

1. Rex Opens with Form Up: Rex's unique Turn Meter gain allows him to out-speed Bastila Shan. Activating Form Up grants the squad 60% Turn Meter and Tenacity Up, deflecting Fear and Corrupted Battle Meditation.
2. Skywalker Increases Cooldowns: Use Skywalker’s Telekinesis to increase enemy ability cooldowns, preventing Darth Revan from casting Insanity or Force Storm.
3. Target Priority: Direct Echo and ARC Trooper to eliminate HK-47 and Bastila Shan.
4. Dismantle Darth Malak: Apply Armor Shred with Skywalker’s basic attack to prevent Malak from gaining bonus Turn Meter or reviving. If Malak executes a clone, Fives sacrifices himself, granting the remaining clones massive Speed, Offense, and full health regeneration.

Commander Luke Skywalker (Rebels)

A high-relic Rebel team—Commander Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Threepio & Chewie (Chewpio), and C-3PO—can defeat Darth Revan lineups that lack Darth Malak, or Malak variants when backed by superior mod speed.

• Han Solo's Opener: Use Han Solo’s bonus turn from Shoots First to stun Bastila Shan (Fallen) immediately. This stops Corrupted Battle Meditation before it lands and preserves your squad's Turn Meter train.
• Chewpio's Follow-up: Cast Chewpio’s AoE to inflict Blind and reduce enemy Turn Meter while triggering mass assists.
• Managing Darth Malak: When Malak is present, Rebel critical hits trigger his taunt. Use C-3PO to apply Confuse to Malak early to disable his taunt buff. Eliminate HK-47 and Bastila Shan before focusing damage on Darth Revan and Malak.

Darth Revan Mirror Match

In a Sith Empire mirror match, turn order between the competing Bastila Shan (Fallen) units dictates the fight.

• Faster Bastila: If your Bastila moves first, cast Fear on the opposing squad. This locks down their attackers and secures control of the match.
• Slower Bastila: If the enemy Bastila moves first and applies Corrupted Battle Meditation, your Darth Malak must have sufficient Health and Tenacity to survive the opposing Revan's Insanity without dropping below 50% health early.
• Neutralizing the Enemy Malak: Attack the opposing fifth slot (such as HK-47 or Sith Marauder) to draw Malak’s taunt. Apply Shock to Malak using Darth Revan's basic attack or Malak's Drain Life. A shocked Malak cannot taunt or heal, allowing your team to finish Darth Revan and clean up the board.
