To defeat Darth Traya squads in Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes using Jedi Knight Revan, open the battle by using Revan’s Direct Focus on Traya to bypass enemy taunts, apply Mark, and burst her down before she can cast Isolate. Immediately distribute Tenacity Up with Grand Master Yoda to block debuffs like Pain and ability blocks, then use Bastila Shan’s Protection Up and Revan’s passive Health Steal to absorb the damage penalty Traya inflicts on out-of-turn attacks.

Running Jedi Knight Revan as leader grants Jedi allies bonus Speed, Critical Chance, and Offense, along with the Savior survival mechanic. The core five-member squad includes:

  • Jedi Knight Revan (Leader): Provides the leadership speed bonus, turn swapping, buff dispels, and Direct Focus.
  • Grand Master Yoda: Serves as the primary damage dealer and grants Tenacity Up to protect the team from debuffs.
  • Bastila Shan: Grants heavy Turn Meter, provides offensive buffs, and applies bonus Protection Up to absorb damage.
  • General Kenobi: Cleanses debuffs, taunts to absorb counter-attacks, and calls team swarm assists.
  • Jolee Bindo: Provides squad insurance through critical hit immunity and his team-wide revive.

Bastila feeds buffs to Grand Master Yoda, who then spreads them across the entire squad using Battle Meditation to keep enemy debuffs from sticking.

Kill Order and Target Priority

Darth Traya's leadership damages enemies who attack out of turn, and her Isolate disables key units. Meanwhile, Darth Nihilus can eliminate a unit instantly with Annihilate if the match lasts too long, and Darth Sion applies persistent debuffs. Use this target order to control the match:

  1. Darth Traya: Target Traya with Revan’s Direct Focus right away. Direct Focus inflicts Mark, Buff Immunity, and Stun while reducing her Turn Meter. This allows your team to hit Traya directly, ignoring pre-taunts from Sith Trooper or Darth Sion. Call assists immediately to defeat her before she casts Isolate.
  2. Darth Nihilus: If the enemy Traya has extremely high survivability and Nihilus has high Speed, you can open with Direct Focus on Nihilus instead. Otherwise, eliminate Nihilus immediately after Traya to remove the threat of Annihilate and cooldown increases.
  3. Darth Sion: Leave Sion for last. Delay his abilities by resisting Pain, and ignore him while Traya and Nihilus are active.

Managing Darth Sion and Enemy Taunts

Darth Sion attempts to disrupt your team by inflicting Pain, which accelerates the cooldown of his Held by Hatred ability.

Keep Grand Master Yoda’s Battle Meditation active so your squad resists Pain entirely. Without Pain, Sion cannot quickly reach Held by Hatred. If Sion gains taunt before Traya or Nihilus are down, use Revan’s buff removal and Turn Meter reduction rather than dumping high-damage abilities into his protection. If Sion does trigger Held by Hatred, continue prioritizing Traya and Nihilus; his solo damage cannot outpace Jolee Bindo's healing.

Handling Traya's Out-of-Turn Damage Penalty

Traya's leadership deals damage equal to 35% of a unit's maximum health whenever that unit attacks out of turn. Because Revan teams rely on assists, mass swarms can quickly drop your own units' health if mismanaged.

  • Rely on Revan's Sustain: Jedi allies gain Health Steal and recover Health and Protection when damaging enemies under Revan's lead. Ensure your attackers deal enough damage to immediately recover the health lost from Traya's penalty.
  • Use Bastila's Protection Up: Cast Bastila Shan’s "Rally" on Grand Master Yoda before calling mass assists. The massive Protection Up pool absorbs the out-of-turn damage penalty, keeping Yoda's health intact while executing heavy special attacks.

Recovery Mechanics: Savior and Jolee Bindo

If an enemy bursts down one of your units, the squad has two built-in recovery tools:

  1. Savior: When a Jedi ally drops to 1% Health for the first time, Revan’s Savior ability immediately restores 100% of their Health and Protection and grants them 100% Turn Meter. This mechanic triggers automatically once per battle.
  2. Jolee Bindo's Revive: If a Jedi is defeated after Savior has been consumed, use General Kenobi to taunt and absorb hits while Jolee cycles cooldowns. When available, use Jolee’s "That Looks Bad" to revive all defeated Jedi at 100% Health.
