To clear the Wind Elemental Realm in The Legend of Neverland, deploy Fire-attribute Flower Fairies to exploit elemental counters, circle the boss at mid-range to avoid arena hazards, and save major burst combos for the boss's recovery windows.
Elemental Matchups and Team Setup
The Elemental Realm emphasizes elemental counter bonuses over raw Combat Power (CP). Fire deals amplified damage against Wind while resisting incoming Wind damage. Conversely, Earth suffers heavy damage penalties when attacking Wind targets. Swapping to a Fire-focused lineup accelerates shield-breaking phases against boss barriers and charging buffs, even if doing so results in a minor flat CP decrease.
| Fairy Slot | Recommended Element | Primary Tactical Function |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Active | Fire (such as Camellia or Crimson) | Core burst damage and barrier-breaking |
| Secondary Active | Fire | Continuous burn effects and elemental damage amplification |
| Support / Assist | Fire or Holy | Survivability buffs, healing, or attack passives |
If incoming damage strains your health pool in higher difficulty tiers, replace the secondary offensive fairy with a dedicated healer or defensive support while keeping a Fire fairy in the primary active slot. Avoid using Earth fairies as main damage dealers in this encounter.
Boss Mechanics and Hazard Avoidance
The Wind boss uses wide ground indicators, pulling vortexes, and directional projectiles designed to catch stationary players.
- Lingering Whirlwinds: The boss periodically places roving cyclones and stationary vortex pools on the floor. These hazards remain active for several seconds, causing multi-hit damage and stagger. Keep the boss centered in your view and stay out of the arena's center, moving through open spaces along the outer floor instead.
- Directional Wind Blasts: When red rectangular or fan-shaped indicators appear, the boss is preparing consecutive wind-blade strikes. Evade diagonally toward the boss’s flank rather than directly backward, which keeps you out of the attack path without leaving attack range.
- Vortex Pulls: When the boss initiates an arena-wide inward pull, sprint outward against the pull rather than depleting stamina on repeated dodge rolls. Reserve dodges for crossing out of overlapping red damage zones.
Combat Positioning and Skill Rotation
Do not fight the boss from extreme long range or directly in front. Standing far back pushes you into perimeter hazards, while standing head-on exposes you to untelegraphed frontal cleaves. Circle the boss continuously at mid-range in one direction to bait directional gales away from the room's open spaces.
Execute your skill cycles in this sequence:
- Bait the Attack: Wait for the boss to begin channeling a directional red indicator.
- Evade to the Flank: Step or dash to the side of the indicator lane.
- Trigger Fairy Actives: Fire your primary Fire fairy skill as soon as the boss finishes casting and enters recovery.
- Unload Class Combos: Cast your highest-damage weapon skills and class bursts while the boss remains stationary.
- Reset Position: Disengage to mid-range before the boss turns, check the floor for new whirlwind spawns, and resume your circular movement.

I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
Nice guide. I am checking the other The Legend of Neverland articles next.
Can you add more details about strategy in a future update?
I tried this today and it worked better than my old setup.
